For many people, laundry is just another chore. For others, the cost of clean clothing, bedding, and towels can be a real financial challenge. To help ease that burden, Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service and UnitedHealthcare are partnering to host Loads of Kindness on September 10 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Just Come Clean in St. Charles.

A limited number of free laundry loads will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Households may receive up to 2-3 loads based on household size. Free laundry detergent and community resources will also be available while supplies last. There are no income requirements or eligibility restrictions.

As everyday costs continue to rise, even basic necessities can become difficult to afford. Through Loads of Kindness, we're providing a little relief and reminding our neighbors that they don't have to face those challenges alone.
