About Community Council
Community Council brings people, organizations, and resources together to strengthen the human services system across St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties. We believe our region is stronger when we work collectively, and we serve as a trusted convener for partners across nonprofit, government, business, education, healthcare, and faith communities.

Connecting the Community
We keep our community informed, connected, and supported through our weekly e‑newsletter, community calendar, social media platforms, and events—helping neighbors access essential resources, education, and opportunities to thrive.

Strengthening the Human Services Network
As a membership-based organization, we support local leaders and agencies with collaboration, shared tools, and reliable information. By bringing people to the table to share resources and solve problems together, we help our region deliver smarter, more effective care.

Coordinating Regional Homelessness Response
As the backbone organization for the Tri‑County Continuum of Care, we coordinate efforts across all three counties to prevent and end homelessness. Through 211, Coordinated Entry, and partnerships with more than 100 agencies, we help people quickly connect with the housing resources and support they need.
