In a typical year, different member organizations hold more than 900 meetings, trainings and events in the Community Commons at the Spencer Road Library (home of Community Council). Our partners are seen by thousands of people attending these programs and those just passing through to the library.
The Community Council weekly E-Newsletter is sent to more than 3,400 subscribers including nonprofit professionals, community leaders, volunteers and others interested in helping make our community a better place.
The Community Resource Directory on the Community Council website is used by social workers, educators, government agencies, healthcare providers, first responders, churches and more to find information about the organizations helping people in crisis.
The Member Announcements and Community Calendar pages of our website are popular destinations with many E-Newsletter readers linking to more information about upcoming events, job postings and volunteer opportunities.

Visibility Opportunities
Community Partners - Community Partners invest in the work of Community Council with donations of $1,000, $2,500 or $5,000+ and, in return, receive benefits and exposure through numerous Community Council programs and events.
E-Newsletter Sponsorship - The Community Council's weekly E-Newsletter is sent to more than 3,400 nonprofit professionals, volunteers, community leaders and people interested in helping in our community. With a customized sponsorship banner at the top of the E-News, you can highlight your event, program or volunteer opportunity. Space is very limited as this banner spotlight is a benefit of our Community Partners at the $2,500 level and above. This opportunity is on a first come, first served basis. For 2023, there are currently 4 weeks remaining.
Event Sponsor Opportunities
Network Luncheon Sponsors - Community Council hosts a monthly Network Luncheon each month to provide opportunities for professional networking and education about social service topics affecting our community. These sponsors receive special recognition at their selected luncheon while helping to underwrite program expenses.
Community Builder Awards Sponsors - Each year, Community Council and its members honor organizations and volunteers who have had an impact on our community through collaboration and service. The event's sponsor will receive recognition at the event, which is host to about 120 nonprofit professionals and community leaders each year.
Community Services Summit Sponsors - The Community Services Summit is a one day training event for professionals serving children and families in our community. Each year, more than 600 professionals attend the conference and its extensive resource hall. The Summit is planned in collaboration with local social service providers, government organizations, school districts and churches.
