Mission & Mind: Addressing Burnout in the Nonprofit Sector

You chose this work because you care.

Every day, nonprofit professionals, social workers, educators, healthcare providers, first responders, and community advocates show up for others. You carry difficult stories, navigate limited resources, respond to growing needs, and work tirelessly to make a difference.

But who's taking care of you?

Join us for an engaging discussion on burnout, compassion fatigue, and resilience in the helping professions. Together, we'll explore the realities of emotional load, why burnout is more than simply being "stressed," and practical strategies for sustaining yourself while continuing to serve your mission.

This session is designed for anyone working in nonprofit, human services, healthcare, education, public safety, or other community-serving roles.

You'll leave with:
✔ Practical tools for managing stress and emotional fatigue
✔ A better understanding of burnout and its impact
✔ Strategies to build resilience and maintain well-being
✔ Connections with fellow professionals facing similar challenges
