FY26 COC NOFO Posted - COC Requests Applications for Funding by July 7th

The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year (FY)26 Continuum of Care Program Competition has been posted to the grants.gov website: HUD FY26 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

The MO-503 CoC is seeing applications to reduce homelessness among individuals and families experiencing homelessness and fleeing domestic violence in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties. We are especially reaching out to new funding partners who may have the capacity to administer federal funding and to enhance the homeless service delivery system. The application deadline for associate applications to be submitted with the MO-503 St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren County Collaborative Application through ESNAPS is July 27th, 2026, by 5pm.
